Delivery and returns

Why is the delivery time so long?

The longer delivery time of our products is a result of several factors, including our commitment to sustainability, material ordering and quality checks. As a newly established company in the fitness industry, we are deeply concerned with environmental and social responsibility and integrate sustainable practices into every aspect of our production.

Our production and delivery times currently range from 4-6 weeks. A significant amount of this time is spent sourcing sustainable materials that meet our strict standards. We carefully select eco-friendly and ethically produced materials to ensure our products are not only high quality, but also environmentally friendly.

Additionally, our internal quality control and warranty processes take time to ensure that each and every product meets our high standards. Our sustainability efforts also extend to shipping, where we strive to use efficient and environmentally friendly shipping methods.

We understand that the longer wait time can be challenging, but we firmly believe that the quality of our products and our commitment to sustainability are worth it. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process and thank you for your understanding and patience.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

If you have placed an order that you would like to change or cancel, please contact us immediately on +45 1515 1831890. If your order has already been dispatched, you will receive a full refund for the value of the goods only (including applicable taxes); Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

When is the last chance to order gifts before the holidays?

For deliveries by December 24th, we kindly ask you to place your order by the following dates:

  • December 18th (12:00 PM CET) for shipments to Germany
  • December 14th (12:00 PM CET) for shipments within the EU, to Norway and Switzerland, as well as to the rest of the world.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

When will orders placed between December 30th and January 7th be shipped?

Due to stock levels, orders placed after 12:00 CET on 12/29/2023 will be shipped on 01/08/2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

How can I return my myWoodsoul product?

Returning Items and Associated Costs
If you've had a change of heart and want to return your purchase, just hit up customer service at info@mywoodsoul.com within 14 days, and they'll hook you up with a return label at no cost.

Refunds for Cancelled Purchases
If you cancel a purchase, we'll give you back all the dough you've sent our way for that purchase, including any shipping fees. But here's the deal:
- If you snagged multiple items in one order but only want to axe part of it, we won't refund the shipping.
- Also, if you went for a fancier shipping option than our basic one, sorry, no refund on the extra costs.

We'll dish out the refund without dragging our feet, within 14 days of getting your cancellation notice. But, we might hold off on the refund until we've got the items back in our hands or until you show us proof they're on their way.

We'll give your cash back using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you've given the nod for a different refund method. And nope, you won't be coughing up any fees because of the refund.

If you're having issues with your myWoodsoul product and wanna send it back, just fill out our damage form. It needs these deets:

  • email
  • shipping address (in case we gotta send parts or a replacement)

  • pics of the damage
