FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Can I train my whole body with the wall bars?

Yes, we have developed the climbing wall (including accessories) precisely for this purpose with a team of sports scientists, product designers, and wood technicians. It enables comprehensive training at every level.

You train on the climbing wall with your own body weight, targeting various muscle groups, improving your balance, coordination, and flexibility. Especially when used together with the dip bar and gymnastic rings, you have a wide range of possibilities.

What exercises can I do with the wall bars?

Here is an overview of the most important exercises:

  • Pull-ups in various variations (overhand grip, underhand grip, neutral grip) and grip widths (close, normal, wide)
  • Active hanging (possibly with the support of the rungs)
  • Hanging leg raises/knee tucks
  • Squats with the support of the rungs (possibly single-legged)
  • Rowing at the top pull-up rung/Climbing up the rungs
  • Exercises with fitness or resistance bands for shoulders, glutes, and thighs
  • Push-ups with elevated legs (on the rungs)

With the dip bars, there are additional options:

  • Planks and dips
  • L-sit (straight or tucked)
  • Assisted dips (feet on the ground)
  • Assisted push-ups (hands on dip bars, feet on the ground)
  • Rowing, head hanging

With the gymnastic rings, the following is also possible:

  • Butterfly
  • French Press
  • Skin the cat
  • Planks, L-sit, and dips hanging freely
  • Unstable push-ups (hands in rings)
What additional modules are available?

There are gymnastic rings, dip bars, a desk, as well as a tablet holder available as accessories.

How do you maintain the climbing frame?

The wall bars do not require any special regular maintenance. Depending on how intensively they are used, you may need to improve the surface of the bars after a few years.

All bars are treated with a hard oil by us, giving them water and sweat-resistant properties. Dents, scratches, and dirt can thus be easily removed later. To do this, the area must be sanded down or (for deep scratches) repaired with wax and then oiled again.

If you have any questions about this, we are happy to help or recommend suitable products.

What is the difference between the types of wood (Beech | Oak | Walnut)?

All three types of wood are very hard, stable, and equally suitable for a climbing frame.

The difference lies in the appearance (color, grain) and dirt resistance, as dirt and dents are more visible on light wood. Therefore, we recommend dark woods such as oak and walnut for heavily used environments (e.g., in a gym or practice).

Furthermore, oak wood is particularly popular as it is also commonly used for high-quality furniture and flooring.
